We look after your property as if our names were on the letterbox. We’ve been based in Mallorca for over a decade – driven by a passion for property, a keen eye for detail and a clear commitment: reliability, transparency and genuine service with a personal touch.

¡TODO! Mallorca Immobilien & Betreuung was founded around ten years ago – based on a very simple idea: to offer a one-stop service for all aspects of property. Philip, co-founder and a long-standing estate agent on the island, has managed, inspected and supported countless properties over nine years in the estate agency business. This gave rise to the desire to offer owners reliable support even after the sale – no frills, but with clear processes and personal communication.

Who we are

We are a small, close-knit team – down-to-earth, solution-focused and always ready with a smile:

Philip – Founder of ¡TODO! Mallorca Immobilien, a property agent and service provider through and through. He organises, checks and coordinates – drawing on a well-established network of experienced tradespeople and partners you can rely on.
Jennifer – Co-founder and the organisational whizz. She takes care of planning, communication and the little things that make all the difference. And she always manages to find a satisfactory solution.

Together, we ensure that property owners know their property in Mallorca is in the best of hands – so that all they have to do when they arrive is relax and enjoy themselves.

Our network

We have been working with a large network of skilled tradespeople, technicians and service providers for many years. Many of them have been with us since the very beginning – reliable, fair and with a genuine sense of integrity.

This network is our backbone when things need to be done quickly – whether it’s a storm check, pool maintenance or a renovation at a moment’s notice.

Our area of operation

With offices in Llucmajor and Port Andratx, we have a presence in the island’s key areas and are always available to speak to you in person. We manage properties across many regions, including the south, south-west and Palma, as well as parts of the island’s centre. We are happy to expand our coverage flexibly in response to demand. After all, in Mallorca it’s not about boundaries, but about providing excellent service.
